How It Works

This models a multi-stage hiring pipeline as a Petri net workflow:

  • Sequential gate: Phone screen before any interviews
  • Fork: After screening, technical and culture interviews run in parallel
  • Join: Both interviews must pass before an offer can be made
  • Role-based: Four roles control different stages

Unlike the Loan Approval demo, this pipeline has a sequential screening step before the fork, and a candidate role that decides whether to accept the offer. The Petri net enforces the ordering: no interviews without screening, no offer without both passes.
